Who we are
WheelHaus builds bespoke steering wheels to order, based in Ontario, Canada, and delivering worldwide. You can reach us at (647) 561-1401 or info@wheelhaus.shop.
Orders
Every wheel is built to your specification. When you place an order you receive a build reference, and your configuration is confirmed before production begins. Please check your build sheet carefully, it is what we build from.
Changes and cancellation
You have three days from placing your order to change or cancel it, for any reason, with a full refund. Contact us with your build reference by phone or email.
After three days your wheel is in production. Because it is trimmed to your personal specification it cannot be resold, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except where these terms say otherwise.
Prices and payment
- Prices are set in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are converted for convenience and the charged amount follows the payment method you choose.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Bank transfer orders receive a 5 percent discount and cryptocurrency orders a 7 percent discount. These orders start production once the payment has landed.
- If you pay by cryptocurrency, you are responsible for sending on the correct network. Coins sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
Delivery
Delivery is included in your price, tracked and door to door. We aim to deliver within a month of your order and we tell you if a busy spell pushes that out. Duties and import charges are covered by us. There is nothing further to pay when your wheel arrives.
Damage in transit
If your wheel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos to info@wheelhaus.shop with your build reference. We will repair or replace the wheel at no cost to you.
If we got it wrong
If the wheel you receive is not what you configured, that is on us to put right, whenever it happens. Contact us with your reference and photographs and we will correct it at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every wheel is covered for twelve months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or accident, or problems caused by improper installation. To make a claim, contact us with your build reference and photographs.
Installation
Our wheels are built for direct, model specific fitment. If you are in any doubt about fitting the wheel yourself, have it installed by a professional. Work involving the steering wheel and restraint system deserves proper care, and damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.
Refunds
Where a refund is due under these terms, we process it to your original payment method within five business days of agreeing it. Bank and card processing times may add a few days on top.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live. Beyond what the law requires, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If we update them, the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
