If you ordered through Instagram and do not have a reference, tell us your Instagram handle and roughly when you ordered. We can find you from that.
What happened to the Instagram account
The account was suspended by an automated Meta system and we have an active appeal in progress. This is a platform issue, not a business one. Orders, production and delivery all run independently of Instagram.
Where your wheel is in the process
Every build moves through the same stages: production of your wheel to your specification, trimming and finishing, quality check, then tracked delivery to your door. You receive photographs at production start and when the trim is finished, and a tracking number on the day it ships.
If your order has taken longer than expected, we would genuinely rather hear from you than have you worry. Reach out and we will tell you exactly where your build is.
Placing a new order
Ordering through this site works as normal. Build a 991.2 or earlier wheel or build a 992 generation wheel.
